Can you provide a test report?

For CNC machining orders, we can provide a full Dimensional Inspection Report at the customer’s request.

This report verifies part compliance and may be useful for parts with tight tolerances that form part of larger assemblies.

Dimensions of the finished machined parts are verified using a precision measuring instrument (caliper or gauge) and with a Coordinate Measuring Machine when required.

The report includes:

• Quantity of parts
• Critical dimensions
• Threads and tolerances
• Thicknesses and depths

Note that we cannot provide a test report for parts fabricated via other manufacturing processes.
