Full Dimensional Inspection Report

China Medical CNC Machining Inc. makes parts to tight tolerances. Sometimes, however, you may need extra reassurance about part dimensions.

For all orders at China Medical CNC Machining Inc., we can provide a Full Dimensional Inspection Report upon the customer’s request.

Dimensions are verified using a precision measuring instrument (caliper or gauge) and with a Coordinate Measuring Machine when required.

The report includes:

• Quantity of parts
• Critical dimensions
• Threads and tolerances
• Thicknesses and depths

To request a report, specify your requirement in the Remarks box when uploading a part. If you have already placed your order, contact us by email.

Material Certification

On the request of the customer, we can provide the certification of the material used in the manufacturing process.

This may be necessary if your parts will be used for a high-risk applications, if an independent regulatory body must review your parts before use, or if the buyer of your parts demands such certification.

The report comes from the raw material manufacturer and usually includes:

• Material heat number
• Material grade
• Material dimensions
• Mechanical properties
• Chemical analysis
• Heat treatment (if applicable)
