Payment via wire transfer

After you click on Submit and pay button, you will be led to the payment page to choose your payment option.

A wire transfer is an electronic method of moving funds from one account to another. Wire transfers typically take one or two days to complete, with a little extra time required for international transfers, and they are suitable for larger orders because they incur low fees.

On the Payment page, check the Wire Transfer radio button.

This will reveal two links: Download proforma invoice and Upload payment voucher. Select Download proforma invoice.

This will create a PDF file of your proforma invoice, which contains details of your order and China Medical CNC Machining Inc.’s payment information.

Take a printed copy of the Proforma invoice to your bank and ask them to initiate the wire transfer.

Remember to ask your bank for a payment receipt, which we will need to start production. (You will need to upload the receipt to our platform, so if you receive a paper receipt, you will need to take a photo of it or scan it.)

Note: If you no longer have the check out page open, you can find the entrance on the My Orders page. Select Go to payment in the Actions column.

Once you have initiated the transfer, return to the Payment page. This time, select Upload payment voucher to upload the receipt from the bank, then select Submit confirmation.

Upon receipt of the payment voucher, a China Medical CNC Machining Inc. accountant will review the wire transfer. If the transfer is successful, we will send you a confirmation by email. If the transfer is unsuccessful, we will send you a notice of failure.
