Order status updates

To check the status of your order, locate the order on the My Orders page and select Learn more in the Actions column.

This will take you to a detailed overview of the order.

On the unique Order page, you will see a blue progress bar, which indicates the present status of your order (Order reviewed, Order confirmed, In production, Order shipped or Completed), along with the date on which each stage began.

You can also get detailed updates on the physical manufacturing of your parts by checking the project’s Production Records on the China Medical CNC Machining Inc. platform. Here you can find updates on the project’s progress, including photographs and descriptions of the parts being manufactured.

You have no obligation to view and follow the Production Records, but they provide transparency on the status of the order.

We will always notify you by email as soon as production begins, so you know your project is moving along.
