Address and contact information

If you intend to place an order with RapidDirect, we will need your delivery address and contact information.

Your address will be used exclusively for the purpose of delivering your parts. We request contact details because the shipping carrier may need to contact you via telephone to coordinate delivery. And in other cases, China Medical CNC Machining Inc. may also need to contact you to resolve any urgent issues.

Once you have an account with us, you can add multiple addresses to your address book. This may be useful if you are ordering parts for multiple clients or to multiple production facilities, and you can add different phone numbers for each address if necessary.

Rest assured that China Medical CNC Machining Inc. will only use your addresses and contact information for the purposes of order fulfilment. We promise that we won’t sell your data to third parties, and we won’t cold call you with unsolicited offers.
